1 · Quote
Everything is quoted on request. The quote details what is delivered, what is not and the schedule. It is sent within 48 hours of our first talk and stays valid for 30 days. A project only starts once the quote is approved in writing.
2 · Payment
A 30% deposit is due when the quote is signed, the 70% balance on delivery. Payment is by card or bank transfer. An invoice is issued at each stage. The delivered work remains my property until paid in full.
3 · Timelines
The timelines in the quote start once the deposit and the necessary material (texts, images, access) are received. A delay on your side postpones delivery by the same amount.
4 · Revisions
Rounds of feedback on the mockups are included until the design is approved. Once the design is approved, a fundamental change is quoted separately.
5 · Delivery and support
Delivery includes going live, the documentation and the source files listed in the quote. Thirty days of support are included for small adjustments (fixes, content). After that, a maintenance contract or per-task billing, on request.
6 · Ownership of the work
Once paid in full, you own the deliverables listed in the quote. I may show the project in my selected work unless you ask otherwise in writing.
7 · Cancellation
If the project stops midway, you keep the work done and paid for so far. The deposit is not refundable once work has started.
8 · Disputes
In case of disagreement, we first look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the applicable law and competent court are those of the publisher's place of business given in the legal notice (French only).
